Delivery of orders
We send goods in stock within 3 days, other goods within 21 days. In the pre-Christmas period there is usually a greater interest in the goods and delivery times can be extended, for which we apologize in advance.
The invoice or tax document (block - from ERP) is attached in the marked package or is sent automatically by e-mail.
We send shipments as 1st or 2nd class packages via Slovenská pošta and DPD / DHL couriers. For a shipment of 1 class, if the customer requests it in the note when ordering, the amount of 1, - € is added
Cash on delivery / package - Courier
When choosing the "Delivery method", we mainly use Slovenská pošta and the services of private courier companies. The transport of goods is carried out through the transport service directly to you to the address specified in the order.

Shipping DHL / DPD courier shipping express usually within 48 hours in total

DPD courier is delivered twice to your address, or in the phase of sending the goods you have the option of free SMS forwarding of the goods to another address (1 x 1.00 kg) You will receive a notification e-mail immediately when packing the shipment. How to pay?
We offer you several payment options for goods.
Cash payment - Slovak Post cash on delivery:
You only pay for the goods when you pick them up from the postal deliveryman. This method guarantees you the security of your money until the moment of taking over and unpacking the shipment.
When ordering via the "cash on delivery" service, we verify the customer, either by phone or by e-mail, due to the possible misuse of cash on delivery services by "dead souls". Therefore, it is necessary to provide a telephone contact.
Cash on delivery service:
You only pay for the goods when you receive the goods from the courier service employee. This method guarantees you the security of your money until the moment of taking over and unpacking the shipment, but at the same time it is the most expensive way of delivering the goods to us.
Cashless payment: PayPay service, (VUB, ČSOB, Tatrabanka)
If you have an open PayPay account, you can make the payment simply via SMS or your e-mail. The order of goods will be processed and sent upon receipt of payment to our account. Cashless payment allows us to reduce costs, so we can give you a discount on the final price. You can find more about the Paypay service at www.paypay.sk
If you are a client of active Internet banking of Tatra Banka, you have the option to pay via the Tatra Pay service.
And how does TatraPay work?
The client of Tatra banka will choose the goods in the virtual store, fill in all the necessary information in the order form and when choosing the method of payment, you will choose the TatraPay payment option. After confirming the order, click on the TatraPay icon.
You will be immediately redirected to the Tatra banka Internet banking page. After logging in, the already completed payment order form will be displayed. Then you just confirm the payment and the money from your account will be immediately sent to the account of the virtual store operator. You will then be redirected to the virtual department store page again. In this transaction, the merchant will not receive any information about your payment card, so it is possible to completely rule out the possibility of misuse of your personal data.

The seller reserves the right to change the price. Valid prices are confirmed to the buyer (customer) when confirming the order. Should there be an increase in prices between the execution of the order and the confirmation of the order by the seller, the buyer (customer) has the right to withdraw from the order.
The prices listed on the website are valid at the time of ordering. The prices listed in the printed price list are valid until a new price list is issued. The seller reserves the right to make printing errors and price changes in the event of a change in exchange rates, a significant increase in inflation or significant changes in delivery conditions at producers and other suppliers of goods and semi-finished products.
The purchase price will be considered paid upon payment of the cash on delivery service.
The seller reserves the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price. The invoice issued on the basis of the purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is a current tax document.
